Dwight Wollman is a retired television broadcast engineer with over 40 years of experience. In 1995 he engineered and constructed the studio complex for Eagle Television in a 40 foot semi-trailer in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The trailer was then shipped to the capital Mongolia, Ulaanbaatar where Dwight and Dave Naasz met to complete the installation. He has made six additional trips to Mongolia for equipment upgrades and maintenance.
